jobholster.com, the Job Holster name and logo, and the Job Holster application are owned and operated by Jobholster LLC, a Missouri limited liability company ("Owner"). All correspondence regarding ownership matters may be directed to legal@jobholster.com.

Trademarks
"Job Holster," the Job Holster wordmark, and the Job Holster logo are trademarks of Jobholster LLC. All other trademarks, service marks, product names, and company names referenced on the Site or in the App are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only; such use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.
License to Visitors and Users
Subject to your compliance with our Terms of Service, Jobholster LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to (a) access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial informational purposes, and (b) use the App to manage your own contracting business in accordance with the Terms. No other rights are granted, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
Restrictions
Except as expressly permitted in writing by Jobholster LLC, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Site or App
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Site, App, or their content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App or related software, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits
- Use the Job Holster name, logo, or trademarks in connection with any product, service, or business not affiliated with Job Holster
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Site, App, or their content
- Use the App to build, train, or improve a competing product, including by scraping or bulk-extracting content other than the data you yourself entered
User-Submitted Content
You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials you submit to the App — including client and job records, pasted messages, written notes, voice-memo audio, AI-generated transcripts, photos, drawings, and any custom fields or pipeline configuration you create. By submitting such content, you grant Jobholster LLC a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display that content solely to provide the service to you, to operate and improve the App, and to deliver the AI-assisted features you choose to use (which may involve forwarding the relevant content to our AI provider, as described in our Privacy Policy and Confidentiality Notice). This license terminates when you delete the content or close your account, except as required for legal compliance or as retained in routine backups for a limited period.
Feedback
If you submit ideas, feedback, or suggestions about the Site or App, you agree that we may use that feedback without restriction or compensation, and without any obligation to credit you.
Reporting Infringement
If you believe content on the Site or in the App infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, send a written notice including a description of the work, the location of the allegedly infringing material, and your contact information to: legal@jobholster.com.
